Reflection Groups

Using the methodology of the reflection groups, the Club XXIe Siècle organises periodically in the Palau Macaya in Barcelona participatory sessions open to all those interested in the management of diversity, whether they are government managers or technicians, human resources professionals or persons involved in organisations of the third sector.

The activity aims to analyse the causes and the effects of diversity in the transformation of different scenarios (social, economic, technological, educational, etc.), and to develop tools and strategies to manage, in favour of entities and people, the impact of diversity in the new scenarios.
