The Club XXIe Siècle in Catalonia, the Club for Diversity

We would like to welcome you to the Club XXIe Siècle of Catalonia, which was constituted in 2013 for the Catalan region following the French model of success: le Club XXIe Siècle.

The essential point of this proposal is the close relationship established between diversity and entrepreneurship, taking advantage of the enriched values that immigration brings to diversity and the spirit of entrepreneurship in Catalonia.

The Club XXIe Siècle of Catalonia aims to become a useful tool to provide all citizens, regardless of their origin, with the equal opportunities they deserve, to help make an academic reflection on the diversity and to disseminate the best practices in diversity management within companies.
